New SigmaQuad-IIIe and SigmaCIO DDR-IIIe SRAMs

GSI Technology's SigmaQuad-IIIe™ and SigmaDDR-IIIe™ SRAMs are the next generation of high speed, high performance fast SRAM for the high speed network communications market. The SigmaQuad-IIIe Burst of 2 SRAMs at 675 MHz are over twice as fast as the current QDR-II+™ SRAMs, while the SigmaQuad-IIIe Burst of 4 and SigmaDDR-IIIe Burst of 2 SRAMs at 675 MHz offer a 22% speed improvement over QDR-II+ SRAMs. Additionally, they provide improved signal integrity and a significant reduction in Soft Error Rate (SER).
